| Q. What time do you deliver and pickup? A: It depends on the time of the event, but we generally like to set up anywhere between 2 to 5pm on the day your event is booked. | Q: How long can I keep it? A: While we’d prefer to come pick up the inflatable nightclub essentials two or three hours after the event, we’re flexible. So whether it’s that evening or the following day, we’ll work with you to find an ideal time when it makes sense for us to come back and pack up. |
| Q: How long does it take to set up? A: Depending on the package, Club Krampus takes anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes to have up and running. | Q: Are food and drinks allowed inside? A: It’s your world. We’re just living in it. While we don’t recommend it, you are free to toast til your heart is content. Just be aware of the $200 cleaning fee, which can easily be avoided as long as any visible mess is addressed before we pick up. |
| Q: What if we damage the inflatable nightclub? A: Any damage to Club Krampus property will incur fees for the value of the damaged item. Please refer to our service agreement for more details. | Q: How do cancellations and refunds work? A: A full refund will be given for cancellations within 14 days prior to the event. Once you are within the 14 day period, you are no longer eligible for a refund. Cancellations due to weather conditions are subject to rescheduling and are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are returned in the original payment method. |
| Q: Does weather impact booking? A: We understand that Michigan weather is very unpredictable. If the weather is an issue, we will work with you to reschedule another date at no additional cost. | Q: Can we play our own music? A: Absolutely! We supply up to two high-quality Bluetooth speakers that seamlessly connect to the device of your choosing. You can employ your personal DJ as well. |
| Q: What is the payment process? A: You must pay an initial deposit of 50 percent to secure your booking. The remaining 50 percent is due two weeks prior to the day of the event. We currently accept payments here on the website via credit card, debit card, and PayPal. | Q: How do I get started? A: Simple.
